Our custom colour service starts with your current hair, reference images and intended result. We discuss what is achievable, the available hair and the specification before an order is agreed.

Send clear photographs of your hair from the back and side in natural daylight, without filters. Include your roots, mid-lengths and ends, and tell us about recent colour work.
Describe the finish.
Add one or two reference images and explain what you like about them. Tell us your preferred length, whether the priority is fullness or length, and the extension method your stylist intends to use.
Agree the details.
Colour direction, hair specification, price and timing need to be confirmed together. For a close match, ask whether a physical sample is appropriate; a screen image alone cannot guarantee an exact result.
